David J. Rose is the founder of Rose Law Firm. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994, David has extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate, Business Law, Litigation and Hotel Law. David is also a licensed commercial Real Estate Broker.

Giuliana is an Associate Lawyer at Rose Law Firm. She practices in the areas of Corporate/Commercial Law, Wills & Estates, and all types of contracts including commercial leasing.

Prior to practicing law, Giuliana studied Public Relations and Communications in Los Angeles. She obtained her law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, before returning to Ontario to complete her National Committee on Accredatation (NCA) and was called to the Onatrio Bar in 2021.

Kavita Ramnanan is an Associate Lawyer at Rose Law Firm.

Kavita completed her legal education in the U.K. She was called to the Bar in Trinidad and Tobago in 2010.

She was in private practice in Trinidad focusing on Subrogation, Insurance Law and Corporate Law until she migrated to Canada in 2013. Kavita was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and has been practicing in various areas of law since.

She has represented clients at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada.
